Applying a Category to Messages |

1. In Microsoft Outlook, click on the Actions tab, then Categorize to see categories available. |

2. Select one of the pre-defined categories. To rename a category or add a new one, select All Categories. |

3. Click on Rename to edit an existing category, or New to add one. There are 25 color options available. To assign a category to the message, place a checkmark in the category box. Click OK when done. |
