1. In an existing e-mail message, the colorful 'Insert a WorkSite document' button inserts a file or a link from FileSite. |

2. In the ‘Insert a WorkSite Document’ dialog box, click the document to select it. |

3. Click the ‘Insert Link’ arrow to see the options, then choose either ‘Insert Link’ (to send to a recipient inside the Firm), or ‘Insert Copy’ (to send to a recipient outside the Firm). |

4. The attachment appears in the e-mail message. |
