1. Whether
you send a document as a copy or a link depends in part on whether
the recipient is a Firm employee, and therefore has access to
iManage.
To send it from the document list, right-click the document. |

2. To
send the document as a link, choose ‘Send Nrl/Url,’ then choose
‘To this Version’ or ‘To Latest Version.’ |

3. If
you selected 'To Latest Version,' when the recipient opens it,
they will see the latest version, even if a new version has been
added since you sent it.
A new e-mail opens with a link to the document. |
