1.    In Word 2003, click the 'Open' button on the Toolbar.

2.    If you know the number of the document, you can find it quickly with the 'Quick Open Form.'
If the document is in a matter used recently, click the 'Matter Worklist' icon in the left column.

3.    Navigate to the workspace and folder to find the document, then double-click it to open it.
