Adding a Ribbon Button to the Quick Access Toolbar

1. You can add a button to the Quick Access toolbar, so it is available no matter which Ribbon tab is selected. For example, to add the Format Painter button, right-click the button.

2. Click 'Add to Quick Access Toolbar.'
