Adding the Print Button to the Quick Access Toolbar

1. Click the 'Microsoft Office' button to display the menu.

2. To add the regular 'Print' button to the toolbar (not the 'Quick Print' button), right-click the 'Print' button on the menu.

3. Click 'Add to Quick Access Toolbar.'
