To size the application screen

1. Open a new Captivate session. 

2. Click “Record or create a new project.”

3. Choose “Custom size” and click “OK.”

4. In the Captivate Capture dialog box, click the ‘Preset sizes” button and choose “790×545 Browser.”

5. Click the drop-down arrow for “Optionally, select a window you’d like to record,” and choose the application you wish to record.

6. With the application selected, click the “Snap to fit” button, and the application window will resize to 790×545.

7. Cancel the dialog box and close the second session of Captivate.

Actual capture is 990×570, set in the Captivate capture dialog box.
